Napakabilis ng taon, “ber” months na. Sa Pilipinas, umpisa na ito ng Christmas season. We are definitely not where we hoped we would be a year ago, but one thing about our culture as a whole, is that we really do try to soldier on and try to find the humor where there seems none. Our sense of humor now can act like a flotation device for September. Jupiter is back in Saturn-ruled Aquarius, (co-present with Saturn too) where it’s ability to stretch its benefic wings, is significantly diminished. Time to face the repercussions of putting our guards down, back when Jupiter was happily dancing in the endless possibilities of Pisces, it’s watery home. But September is never too harsh, nor too easy. It’s actually pretty steady, with a tiny bit of wobble towards the end. A cosmic reprieve of some sort.
By the end of the month, Mercury turns retrograde in Libra, affecting relationships in the area of life where it falls in our charts. We are in retrograde shadow for most of the month, so themes and situations that unfold throughout the month would be revisited by Mercury again, when it turns backwards. Our decisions may be on unstable grounds for now, so make room for contingencies! Dapat may plan B lagi. Napaka importante niyan ngayon. Madaming plano ang pwedeng magbago. The best way to get through this is to go with the flow, and sway with the wind. You’ll probably be surprised at how easy it can be, at least for now.
Emotionally though, madaming ubos na yung pakiramdam. May remnants pa din, aftershocks of the past difficulties. The first half of the month is still Virgo season, after all, and people’s consciousness zero-in on faults; and criticisms come too easily. Virgo energy is all about pointing out the flaws, so that they can be polished. We improve because of this, yes, but sometimes, when the blows come one after the other, things can feel quite suffocating. Kindness is important now. So is the ability to choose the way we interact with situations, especially challenging ones that test our patience. Galit ka ba talaga, or nasanay ka nalang na magalit? Malungkot ka ba talaga, o nasanay ka nalang na malungkot? magkaiba kasi yun.
Kayang kaya ang buwan ngayon, may pagka petiks ang energy. Basta honest ka sa sarili mo, walang kailangan ikatakot. You’ll get by, you always do. With a smile, too!
