A Full Moon PARTIAL LUNAR ECLIPSE happens on August 28, 2026 (approximately 12:14 PM, Philippine Time) at exactly 4°51′ in the realm of mutable water, PISCES—the sign of the mystic!

This is the third and final Lunar Eclipse in PISCES in a sequence that began on September 17/18, 2024, continued with the Total Lunar Eclipse on September 7/8, 2025, and now reaches its culmination on August 28, 2026. Throughout this longer VIRGO–PISCES eclipse cycle, we have been navigating the relationship between surrender and discernment, intuition and practicality, and spiritual well-being and the routines that sustain everyday life.

Over the next six months, themes involving boundaries, compassion, escapism, grief, healing, intuition, and faith may return for resolution. Look back to September 2024 and September 2025: what began dissolving then, and what are you finally ready to understand, forgive, or release?
What are you still trying to control that is asking to be released? Can you surrender without abandoning your boundaries, responsibilities, or sense of self?

You wake before the dream has finished, dear reader.
But waking does not immediately free you from what you felt while you were dreaming. For a moment, its images remain. The feeling is still there, vivid and strangely real, even as the room slowly returns around you.
This is the strange contradiction of a Lunar Eclipse in PISCES: the sign of dreams, intuition, and the unseen is confronted by something it can no longer remain asleep to. Pisces is accustomed to moving between memory and imagination, longing and intuition, endings and whatever may exist beyond them. It understands that not everything meaningful can be measured or explained.

This particular eclipse is likely to bring what has been gathering in the darkness to a point of culmination.
PISCES is the sign of compassion, spirituality, sacrifice, creativity, grief, healing, and surrender. It rules the invisible parts of life. That strange feeling in a room before anyone speaks; the memory awakened by a familiar song; the truth you sense long before you have evidence for it. It knows how to sit beside what is wounded without demanding that it heal immediately. It understands how that can be necessary. It can find beauty in what others overlook and meaning in experiences that appear senseless; after all, It transcends the realm of the senses.
Whereever Pisces lands in our charts is where we learn that there are times when forcing an answer only takes us further away from the truth.
There is wisdom in remaining open to what we cannot yet understand, dear reader. However, that openness has its dangers:
Pisces can absorb so much of other people’s pain that it eventually forgets which feelings belong to whom!
Sometimes, Piscean energy sees what could be so clearly that it stops responding to what actually is, and fortunately, or unfortunately, this eclipse may show you the cost of that hope.
You may finally recognize (or accept!) that someone cannot meet you where you are. Or that a situation has been draining you for much longer than you wanted to admit. That the future you kept imagining was never being built in the present. When these realizations set in, it helps to be reminded that it does not mean that what we felt was not real, or that we were wrong to hope for something better. Sometimes, we simply reach the point where we have to respond to what is happening now, rather than what we believed might eventually happen.
This eclipse asks us to notice where compassion has become self-abandonment. Wherever it lands in our charts is where we may be asked to release an attachment that has survived through longing, guilt, nostalgia, or even the fear that walking away would make you unkind.
What have you been carrying because you are afraid of disappointing someone?
How long have you been waiting for closure from a person who cannot give it?
So many questions that might need to finally be answered.
This period may bring changes involving emotional attachments, spirituality, mental health, creativity, rest, sacrifice, or relationships in which the boundaries have become unclear. Feelings that were suppressed may return. Something hidden may be revealed—or you may simply become unable to keep hiding it from yourself.
A connection may reach the end of its natural life, dear reader. And when it does, you may find yourself grieving in layers – the immediate impact of the death of a situation, and eventually, the future you imagined around it. You may grieve the person you believed someone could become, or what you both could’ve been, to each other.
Over the next six months, you may begin to see certain attachments differently. Something that once felt destined may reveal itself as something that simply became familiar, while a dream you remained loyal to may no longer reflect the reality in front of you. You may also recognize the ways hope, forgiveness, or the desire to see the best in a situation made it harder to acknowledge when something had begun to hurt.
Perhaps part of the lesson here is learning to recognize the difference between intuition and hope. Both can feel remarkably convincing, dear reader, especially when we are emotionally invested in the outcome. Sometimes what feels like an inner knowing is really the part of us that is still searching for a reason to wait a little longer.
MERCURY AND URANUS

This eclipse takes place across the PISCES–VIRGO axis, which deals with the relationship between faith and fact, surrender and effort, the emotional body and the practical realities of everyday life.
With the Sun and MERCURY in Virgo opposite the eclipsed Moon, you may feel a strong need to understand exactly what is happening. You may replay conversations or search for the detail that will finally make everything fall into place.
Virgo wants the correct answer, while Pisces wants to know why the answer still hurts.
Neither side is wrong. Facts can prevent you from mistaking longing for a prophecy. Feelings, on the other hand, can reveal why an experience that looks simple on paper has affected you so deeply. A fair, healthy balance of both is always the ideal.
URANUS also applies pressure to this eclipse, bringing disruption, sudden realizations, and changes you may not have had time to prepare for. Unexpected conversation may reveal more than intended. A plan may change abruptly. Something you thought you had accepted may demand your attention again.
Or perhaps you will be the surprise! You may discover that you no longer want what you once begged to keep.

There comes a point when uncertainty stops feeling mysterious and simply becomes exhausting. Waiting no longer becomes an act of faith, but a way of putting your own life on hold. This eclipse may be that point.
Under the emotionally sobering influence of this eclipse, We are reminded that understanding why someone hurt you does not mean you must continue giving them opportunities to do it again. Forgiveness does not require immediate reconciliation. Compassion does not require unlimited access to you. You can admit that something mattered without insisting that it must last forever.
So let the ocean of emotion rise around you, dear reader.
Let it reach the places we have kept dry through discipline, distraction, or denial. To allow ourselves to feel what is there without immediately deciding what the feeling means.
Perhaps clarity will not arrive all at once. Like waking from a dream, it may come slowly, as the world around us begins to take its familiar shape again.
And this time, when it does, you will see it a little differently, with more grounded realism.
What you do with what you see, is up to you. ♥️

SUPER IMPORTANT: Avoid making impulsive, life-changing decisions in the couple of weeks before and after the eclipse date. Emotions may be heightened, unexpected developments may occur, and important information may still be hidden. Allow the situation—and your nervous system—to settle before committing to a permanent course of action!

What area of your life will be culminations happen, under this somber but dramatic LUNAR ECLIPSE in PISCES?
Check your rising sign below, to find out!

Rest, solitude, healing, closure, spirituality, hidden circumstances, private struggles, and unfinished matters from the past reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, you may finally understand something that has been operating beneath the surface, withdraw from a draining situation, complete a long emotional cycle, or discover that something you thought was finished still requires attention.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your sixth house place work, health, schedules, responsibilities, and daily routines under scrutiny. Information involving a job, co-worker, employee, medical matter, or practical obligation may clarify why you have been feeling depleted. Something hidden may become impossible to ignore once the facts are presented clearly.
URANUS in your third house adds an unpredictable element involving conversations, paperwork, siblings, transportation, technology, or information. A message or sudden realization may change how you understand the situation entirely.
With JUPITER ruling this eclipse from your fifth house, what comes next may involve rediscovering joy, creativity, romance, children, hobbies, or something you genuinely love doing. The point of closing one chapter may be to make room for a life that contains more pleasure.
Release what has quietly exhausted you, dear ARIES—but pay attention to the information that finally explains why you could no longer continue as before!

Friendships, communities, organizations, collaborators, audiences, hopes, and long-term dreams reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, a friendship may change form, you may leave or enter a community, or a goal you have pursued for years may finally reach culmination.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your fifth house bring romance, creativity, children, pleasure, and personal desires into the equation. What you want personally may no longer align with what your friends, collaborators, or wider community expect from you. A romance could alter a friendship, while a creative pursuit may change the audience or community around you.
URANUS in your second house introduces uncertainty or breakthroughs involving income, spending, possessions, pricing, and self-worth. Financial developments could influence which dreams remain practical—or inspire you to create an entirely different plan.
With JUPITER ruling this eclipse from your fourth house, developments involving home, family, property, or living arrangements may ultimately determine where your future is heading. A change in your social world may accompany a deeper desire to create a life that feels secure and personally meaningful.
Allow your future to change, dear TAURUS—especially when the dream you once shared with others no longer reflects the life you now want for yourself.

Career, reputation, leadership, achievement, authority figures, and your overall public direction reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, a professional chapter may culminate, you may receive recognition, leave a role, change direction, or realize that an ambition you once pursued no longer carries the same meaning.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your fourth house emphasize home, family, parents, property, and your private life. A family conversation, relocation, household decision, or property matter may directly affect your career. Likewise, professional developments may require changes behind the scenes.
But URANUS is in GEMINI, making this eclipse especially personal. You may be the unpredictable factor. A sudden change in your identity, appearance, priorities, freedom, or personal direction could disrupt arrangements that had previously seemed settled.
With JUPITER ruling the eclipse from your third house, conversations, contracts, writing, teaching, travel, media, or important information may help open the next door.
Do not remain committed to a public identity you have already outgrown, dear GEMINI. The person emerging now may require an entirely different definition of success.

Travel, foreign countries, higher education, publishing, law, religion, philosophy, mentors, and your worldview reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, you may complete a course, receive news involving travel or immigration, publish something important, make a major decision regarding education or teaching, or abandon a belief that no longer survives contact with reality.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your third house emphasize facts, paperwork, conversations, relatives, transportation, and practical information. Something you learn may challenge a long-held belief. A document, application, examination, legal detail, or important discussion may also determine whether a larger plan can proceed.
URANUS in your twelfth house suggests that not every variable is visible yet. Private information, sudden realizations, unconscious fears, or circumstances unfolding behind the scenes could change your perspective unexpectedly.
With JUPITER ruling the eclipse from your second house, the ultimate consequence may involve money, earning potential, possessions, or greater independence. Education, travel, publishing, or international opportunities could eventually change how you support yourself.
Follow what expands your world, dear CANCER—but allow new information to change the destination when necessary!

Shared finances, debts, loans, taxes, investments, inheritances, insurance, intimacy, trust, and emotional entanglements reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, a financial arrangement may be renegotiated or completed, an investment or debt may require attention, or a relationship may reach a deeper conversation about trust, vulnerability, and what each person contributes.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your second house place your personal income, spending, values, possessions, and self-sufficiency under examination. Financial information may make it clear where you have become too dependent on someone—or where another person has become dependent on you.
URANUS in your eleventh house can bring an unexpected development involving friends, collaborators, organizations, audiences, or future plans. A group project may affect shared finances, or a change in your network may suddenly alter your expectations for the future.
With JUPITER—the ruler of this eclipse—in LEO, you remain a major factor in whatever happens next. Greater confidence, visibility, or personal opportunity may make you less willing to accept arrangements that leave you feeling powerless!
Share what genuinely strengthens both sides, dear LEO—but do not confuse financial, emotional, or romantic entanglement with security!

Marriage, committed relationships, business partnerships, clients, contracts, negotiations, and important one-on-one connections reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, a relationship may deepen, change form, reach a culmination, or reveal something that requires a decision. A significant client, agreement, or business partnership may also become central.
But this eclipse directly opposes the SUN and MERCURY in VIRGO. Your own needs, observations, and decisions are therefore impossible to remove from the story. A conversation may finally put words around something you have sensed for months. Agreements may need to be clarified, expectations renegotiated, and vague promises replaced by practical realities.
URANUS in your tenth house makes career, reputation, leadership, or professional direction the wildcard. A sudden opportunity, change of status, or public development could affect a partnership—or a relationship decision could alter the direction of your career.
With JUPITER ruling the eclipse from your twelfth house, however, some of the deeper meaning may remain private for a while. Closure, healing, solitude, or circumstances unfolding behind the scenes may be necessary before the next relationship chapter becomes fully visible.
Listen carefully to what another person reveals, dear VIRGO—but do not abandon what you know simply because the truth complicates the relationship.

Work, health, routines, schedules, co-workers, employees, service, responsibilities, skills, and pets reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, a job or routine may change, a demanding project may end, responsibilities may be redistributed, or your body may make it clear that something about your present lifestyle cannot continue indefinitely.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your twelfth house illuminate rest, mental and emotional health, hidden circumstances, private fears, and the need for closure. Something happening behind the scenes may explain a problem in your daily life. You may also recognize that exhaustion has deeper roots than an overloaded calendar.
URANUS in your ninth house can bring unexpected developments involving travel, foreign countries, education, publishing, legal matters, or your beliefs. A sudden opportunity—or sudden disruption—may force you to reorganize your schedule quickly.
With JUPITER ruling the eclipse from your eleventh house, friends, collaborators, professional networks, audiences, or long-term goals may provide support and open new possibilities once the old routine changes.
Create a schedule that can accommodate the future you want, dear LIBRA—not one so demanding that you have no energy left to live it!

Romance, dating, children, creativity, pleasure, hobbies, fertility, and passion projects reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, a relationship may deepen or change, developments involving a child may reshape your priorities, or a creative endeavor may finally reach an audience or important stage of completion.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your eleventh house bring friendships, collaborators, communities, audiences, and future plans into the story. A romantic situation may affect a friendship. A creative project may change your professional network. You may also discover that what makes you happy personally no longer fits the future envisioned by the people around you.
URANUS in your eighth house makes shared finances, intimacy, debts, investments, and emotional dependence unpredictable. Money may complicate a passion project or romance, while an unexpected financial development could change your plans rapidly.
With JUPITER ruling the eclipse from your tenth house, however, this fifth-house story may ultimately increase your visibility. Something you create—or something deeply personal you choose—could influence your career, reputation, or public direction more than expected.
Take your happiness seriously, dear SCORPIO. What begins as love, creativity, or pleasure may be pointing toward a much larger change in the life you are building!

Home, family, parents, property, living arrangements, ancestry, and your private foundations reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, you may move, renovate, buy or sell property, welcome or say goodbye to someone in the household, or address an important family matter that has been building for some time.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your tenth house emphasize career, reputation, leadership, and professional responsibilities. A work development may affect where or how you live. Family needs may influence what you are willing to pursue professionally, while an important conversation with an authority figure could make a decision unavoidable.
URANUS in your seventh house makes relationships and agreements especially unpredictable. A partner’s circumstances could suddenly change, a new person may enter the picture, or a contract may require greater flexibility than expected.
With JUPITER—your ruler and the ruler of this eclipse—in your ninth house, the larger story may involve travel, relocation abroad, education, publishing, immigration, legal matters, or a dramatic expansion of your worldview.
Your foundations are changing for a reason, dear SAGITTARIUS. Build a home capable of supporting where your life is actually going—not merely where it has already been!

Communication, writing, speaking, siblings, relatives, neighbors, transportation, education, paperwork, social media, and the exchange of information reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, an important conversation may resolve a long-running matter, a writing or media project may culminate, or news involving a sibling, vehicle, document, or local situation may require action.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your ninth house emphasize education, law, publishing, foreign countries, travel, and belief systems. Facts may challenge an assumption you have held for years. A legal, academic, immigration, or publishing matter may also depend on details hidden in paperwork or conversations.
URANUS in your sixth house suggests that work, health, employees, schedules, or daily responsibilities may change suddenly. An unexpected shift in your routine could alter travel or education plans—or information you receive may force you to reorganize your everyday life.
With JUPITER ruling the eclipse from your eighth house, shared finances, investments, credit, insurance, commissions, inheritance, or another person’s resources may help determine what becomes possible next.
Read carefully and ask the necessary questions, dear CAPRICORN. One piece of information may carry far greater consequences than it initially appears!

Money, income, possessions, entrepreneurship, personal resources, spending, self-sufficiency, and self-worth reach an important turning point. Over the next six months, an income stream may change, you may alter your rates, make an important purchase, monetize a skill, or become increasingly determined to create greater financial independence.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your eighth house emphasize debts, taxes, loans, investments, shared finances, benefits, inheritance, and financial entanglements. New information may force you to examine exactly what belongs to you, what you owe, and what obligations have become intertwined with another person.
URANUS in your fifth house introduces unpredictability through romance, children, creativity, hobbies, or speculative spending. A passion project could unexpectedly become profitable—or unexpectedly expensive. Romantic developments may also affect financial priorities.
With JUPITER ruling this eclipse from your seventh house, a partner, client, collaborator, contract, or important one-on-one connection could play a significant role in whatever happens next.
Know what is yours, dear AQUARIUS—but remember that independence does not require refusing every form of support. It requires understanding the agreement clearly enough to choose it freely!

Your identity, appearance, confidence, personal direction, vitality, and sense of who you are reach an important turning point. This eclipse occurs in PISCES, making the next six months particularly significant. You may change how you present yourself, make a deeply personal decision, complete an important chapter, or realize that you can no longer continue performing a version of yourself created for circumstances that have already changed.
Opposite the eclipse, the SUN and MERCURY in your seventh house bring relationships, marriage, clients, contracts, and partnerships directly into the story. Another person may say something that clarifies the situation dramatically. A relationship may require a decision, an agreement may need renegotiation, or you may finally understand how much your identity has been shaped by accommodating someone else.
URANUS in your fourth house adds sudden developments involving home, family, property, parents, or living arrangements. A move, family announcement, household change, or desire for greater freedom may accelerate decisions elsewhere in your life.
With JUPITER—your traditional ruler and the ruler of this eclipse—in your sixth house, what comes next may require a practical change in work, health, routines, responsibilities, or everyday life. Know that this is not merely an emotional reinvention. The goal is to create a daily reality must eventually reflect the person you are becoming.
Honor the person emerging now, dear PISCES. The relationships, living arrangements, and daily responsibilities in your life may need to change as your priorities do!
