It would be best to take a step back for now and let things flow! Listen lang first, and as much as possible. Talk calmly but try not to lose your cool and your patience. Also, this is not a good time to sign property leases, residential contracts and the likes. If hindi maiiwasan, read any kind of contract 100 times, before making a decision!
