JANUARY
14 (until Feb. 4) – MERCURY turns RETROGRADE in your 7th House (One-on-one interaction, Relationships, and Committed Partnerships).
Once more, this is a year where all the Mercury retrogrades happen in Air Signs! On top of the usual rules of thumb regarding extra preparations when it comes to communications and traveling, prepare for possible difficulties with technology, the internet and most especially, with online cloud accounts! Avoid scheduling important trips, and important conversations during this time. Delay buying machinery and gadgets until after!
18 – Uranus Turns Direct in your 10th House (Career, Profession, Reputation and Public Persona).
Changes in your career, profession, and general life direction may shift significantly this year, and things can get pretty colorful! Sudden opportunities or changes regarding your job may manifest this year. Technology, and the internet may take a more prominent role, and sudden breakthroughs may bring excitement and uncertainty. With Uranus turning direct, expect unexpected twists and turns, so make sure you prepare for any contingency!
19 – The Lunar Nodes change signs. The North Node enters your 10th House (Career, Profession, Reputation and Public Persona). The South Node enters your 4th House (Home, Family, Roots and Land).
The nodes of the Moon enter your axis of private life and public life. The South node on one end urges you to let go of dramatic self-identifications /personal narratives that bury you in negativity, especially when it comes to your family and residential environment. Who you consider as family, by blood, or by choice, may be up for recalibration. The North node, on the other end, activates events that lead you to realize new goals and aspirations in life. Updates on your goals, ambitions and life direction may be realized now.
29 – VENUS turns DIRECT in your 6th House (Day to Day Work, Routines, Health and Service).
Dramatic situations tend to improve now, and emotions start to normalize, as VENUS, the planet of love, romance, beauty, and money, turns direct! Relationships in general, especially with your co-workers, and in general, people you encounter in your day to day routine and schedules, get better now. Forgive what you must and apologize if you need to! The time to heal starts now.
FEBRUARY
15 – 20 – JUPITER in your 8th House (Transformation, Intimacy and Joint Finances/Ventures), sextiles URANUS in your 10th House (Career, Profession, Reputation and Public Persona).
Possibilities seem endless now, and exciting, supportive energy is available to you now, allowing you to move forward with positivity and genuine optimism. This is much needed, after the last couple of years. All is well and good, sure, but don’t forget to look where you leap!
MARCH
1 – 7 – VENUS, MARS and PLUTO conjuncts in your 6th House (Day to Day Work, Routines, Health and Service).

APRIL

11 – JUPITER CHANGES SIGNS! Jupiter, the planet of abundance and luck, enters your 9th House (Belief Systems, Higher Learning, Foreign Travel and Foreigners).
The grand event this year happens from May 11 – October 28, when Jupiter, the planet of expansion and luck, enters the area of your sky that deals with travel, foreigners, and higher education. This happens once every 12 years, making this a very auspicious period for exploration, traveling, studying, and any activity that expands the higher mind. Opportunities to travel abroad may be presented to you. New belief systems may be discovered, or conversely, you may experience events that strengthen your existing beliefs.

A project or process regarding the home may be reaching its culmination, wrapping up within the next 6 months. May mga issues about properties and family members, about moving residences or perhaps finishing renovations, may happen around this period. Make sure your parents are ok! JUNE

Constrictions and limitations may be experienced in your closest relationships and committed partnerships. Be honest in your one on one dealings and interactions. Dishonesty now or in the past tend to resurface, causing friction and difficult lessons. Stick with the truth, at all times. Facts will never fail you. Tread carefully!
21 – Summer Solstice
The longest day of the year happens today. Focus on your innate goodness, your ability to make things happen, and most of all, make good use of the extra sunlight!
JULY
From the 29th (until November 24) – JUPITER turns RETROGRADE in your 9th House (Belief Systems, Higher Learning, Foreign Travel and Foreigners).
Positivity gets muted for a bit, as Jupiter turns retrograde. Be wary of overpromising results, or over-calculating estimates. It’s best to practice prudence for now, even if it feels like the field is wide open. Be careful in taking risks especially with ventures involving travel, foreigners, mentors and your higher education.. Aralin muna ng mabuti, look before you leap! Try not to give in to excesses during this period. Better safe than sorry!
AUGUST
1- 3 – MARS conjuncts URANUS in your 10th House (Career, Profession, Reputation and Public Persona).
Mars forms a conjunction with Uranus, the planet of unexpected shake-ups. Excitement, but also mishaps and earthquakes (literal or figurative) can ensue, so veering away from the standard schedule is not advisable. Haste can cause accidents, so be deliberate with your steps and avoid rushing into anything. Anger may easily come now, so try your best to keep your temper in check, especially with situations involving career and authority figures.
6 – 8 – MARS in your 10th House (Career, Profession, Reputation and Public Persona), squares a retrograde SATURN in your 7th House (One-on-one interaction, Relationships, and Committed Partnerships).
Consequences of earlier impatience come up now. Expect delays to happen. Authority figures may refuse to give the green-light on certain things, so make sure you have contingencies! Partners may call you out due to unmet expectations. Movement is slow, and this period may feel like you are driving with the handbrakes on. Autonomy is important for progress, so lessen your dependency on others during this time.

Again, day and night at this time are roughly the same length. Pantay ang araw at gabi. The night starts taking over from this point, introspection and reflection can be triggered by our metaphorical journey from light to darkness, and back around.
OCTOBER
25 – A SOLAR ECLIPSE happens in your 4th House (Home, Family, Roots and Land).
Some of you may change their residence. However, it can be as simple as undergoing long overdue home renovations, or making a big purchase for the home. It’s highly likely for change to manifest within the next 6 months, either tungkol sa bahay mismo or sa family members mo, especially your parents. Also, this may be a good time to sell family owned properties/land, so if this interests you, take advantage!
From the 30th (until January 13)- MARS turns RETROGRADE in your 11th House (Friendships, Groups, Organizations, Gains)
Mars retrograde restricts energy and forward movement, making it difficult to accomplish tasks. Maximum effort usually yields minimal results. This is not the time to start something new. Instead, it is a good time to pause and take a break, so instead of starting new initiatives, it may be more productive to improve upon existing ones. Time to reflect first, before going full speed ahead!
NOVEMBER
8 – A LUNAR ECLIPSE happens in your 10th House (Career, Profession, Reputation and Public Persona).
Some kind of project or process regarding your profession and/or career, and public persona may be coming to a close now. This is a period that brings in a clearer picture of what works, and what doesn’t, in terms of your career and general life direction. A change of status may also happen, for example, one either gets married, or gets annuled. Perhaps you become a parent, changing the way the world sees you. Maybe you leave a current job, after realizing it doesn’t serve your truth anymore. Regardless of what happens, always look at the glass as half full – whatever ends, ends because it gave you the lesson you need already, and because you need more room to hold space for better things coming your way!
